Luisa is a trailblazing British comedian,

Writer, and performer whose work helped shift the landscape of modern UK stand-up. She exploded onto the comedy scene with her debut Edinburgh show What Would Beyoncé Do?!, which The Guardian called "the biggest stand-up hit of the decade." The show was raw, hilarious, and deeply personal—setting the tone for a new genre of heart-led comedy.

Her follow up show had a viral routine Thigh Gap which clocked over 50 million views worldwide before TikTok Existed. She followed this with Politics for Bitches, a politically charged stand-up show that became a critically acclaimed BBC documentary and later a hit special on Amazon Prime. She is the first comedian to be acknowledged with a BAFTA Breakthrough for stand up comedy.

Luisa’s comedy is bold, emotional, and unflinchingly honest. Her shows tackle everything from body image and grief to love, religion, immigration and gender politics—with signature fire and humour. Her latest work, God Is a Woman, is a one-woman musical inspired by the untold story of Mary Magdalene—part spiritual reclaiming, part feminist rebellion.

After building a devoted international following, Luisa relocated to the U.S. to further develop the show. She is currently in Los Angeles, seeking visionary partners to help bring God Is a Woman The Musical to its full theatrical potential.
